Following a £13 million capital project investment, and with visitor numbers forecast to be in the region of 550,000 per year, Young V&A is being reimagined as a powerhouse of creativity for the young from infants to early teens. It will be a place to imagine, play, create, debate and design for tomorrow, as a new national museum entirely dedicated to children. Designed with and for 0 to 14-year-olds, Young V&A's central mission is to inspire young people with the creative ingenuity of art, performance and design, to empower educators to promote creativity, and to influence child-centered museum practice.
We are seeking an experienced entrepreneurial Catering Partner, under a multi-year concession agreement for this new and exciting café integrated in the very heart of the museum.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
