1. The service to be provided under this contract will comprise;
⢠Support for Eligible Claimants that will consist of the provision of;
a. Financial support for fuel b. Emergency Food Parcels/vouchers with a focus on supporting rough sleepers
⢠Assessment of self-referring clients for food and fuel support together with the provision of advice and signposting to complementary services.
⢠Provision of accessible premises for self-referring clients located within/across Leicestershire.
⢠Effective promotion of the Service to the residents of Leicestershire.
⢠Provision of a quarterly report to the Council setting out details of the number of people assisted with food and the number of people assisted with fuel and case studies of provision. Reports shall be provided within one month of the end of each quarter.
