• Single view of property, tenancy, customer and neighbourhood data
• Case Management
• Core Housing solution which meets the needs of social tenants, leaseholders, shared owners, market rent and commercial customers
• Repairs
• Scheduling & Job Management
• Mobile Working, including Data Capture
• Asset Management
• Rents and Service Charges
• Customer Portals (Yorkshire Housing and Space Homes)
• Supplier Portal
• Sales
• Integration with Document Management, IoT Devices, Existing and Future Channels
• Standard suite of management reports, plus the capability to develop further reports using data from within the core solution and across other systems

Design and implementation/embedding of a new set of Housing and Asset Management processes which will use the functionality of the procured solution and configure it for use in YH.
