On the site of a proposed new housing development at Uplands, near Botley, Hampshire, existing high voltage above ground cabling mounted on pylons, belonging to utility provider SSE, is required to be rerouted and new replacement cabling installed below ground. This is a very specialist area of planning and valuation services.
