The scheme consists of excavating the existing grassed area to a depth of 510mm and replacing with blocked paved carriageway construction to provide extra parking spaces for the residents of Oak Tree Estate, Preston. Works will also consist of implementing new kerbing and carrying out footway maintenance works.
