The following must be valid at the time of bidding and for the duration of all construction works.
All Bidders must be Constructionline registered to 'Silver' level with a "verified" status.
This project is tendered in accordance with the principles of JCT Tendering 2017 with Alternative 1 being dominant when dealing with arithmetical errors.
Site Visit Date: Monday 9th October at 1030hrs

Alternative Site Visit Date : Tuesday 10th October at 1030hrs.
