Norfolk County Council is seeking a Strategic partner to work with Adult Social Care Front Door and Preventative services through a programme of transformational change focused on the front door and prevention that is sustainable and accountable.
The vision for the programme is to give decision makers a forensic and independent analysis of the service to residents to enable us to make informed decisions that will improve outcomes for residents as well as provide value for money.
