Consultancy support to prepare Wigan Council's Leigh Levelling Up Fund Application Support. The first stage of the project will consist of an Options Appraisal encompassing the LUF proposals and mobility stations location/functional appraisal, a transport and car parking review, high-level cost studies, consultation and engagement, and co-ordination work. The second stage will encompass design progression of the LUF interventions, cost review and fit with wider LUF projects, a movement and car parking package assessment, and briefing and engagement.
