The Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) have a requirement to monitor and control Internet access for all Corporate users to protect MCA end user devices. The licenses on the Web Security Appliances used to provide this security service have expired and must be renewed to restore functionality. We believe these licenses to have expired due to the fact when we purchased the hardware, the licenses were included in that price and the term of the licenses wasn't documented.
