Intention to award a contract under Regulation 32 (2) (b) (ii) of the Public Contract Regulation 2015.
This contract is not to procure a new system but to continue the existing integrated service for a period of 3 years for our Oracle Peoplesoft technical support services.
Due to the imbedded nature of the service provision and that this service must be provided by Oracle directly the university will be using a VEAT notice for this continued provision.
