The Nottinghamshire Fire & Rescue Service (NFRS) is seeking to procure a supplier of a Development Programme aimed at Middle Managers within NFRS.
As part of this procurement process, NFRS are looking for an external training provider to provide a different structured and innovative learning development programme/s with a wide range of high-quality content regarding leadership and management development and to include promoting Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, specifically aimed at Middle Manager roles within our service, in a variety of formats to suit all learning styles.
The programme/s should deliver content that may lead to gaining a formal qualification in Leadership and Management for Middle Manager levels, although this is not essential.
