Refurbishment of Sports Pavilion (incl. internal structural changes)

Lymington & Pennington Town Council seek a suitably qualified contractor to carry out an extensive refurbishment programme to its Pennington Pavilion. Works include major internal structural alterations to the roof support and removal of walls, enclosure of a porch and general building upgrade.
