University of Plymouth Enterprise Limited (UPEL) is looking to purchase critical hardware equipment located at the "edge" of the Innovation Centres in Cornwall (Pool Innovation Centre (PIC), Tremough Innovation Centre (TIC) and Health & Wellbeing Innovation Centre (HWIC) networks.
