The aim of this learning is to raise awareness of Autism throughout the NHS workforce to increase access to ordinary healthcare for people with Autism
By the end of the course participants will be able to:
⢠Describe the impact of Autism on individuals and how they may perceive external experiences and communicate with people
⢠Consider how their service may be experienced by people with Autism and how it could be adjusted to be more accessible
⢠Consider and adapt their own behavior when communicating with people with Autism
