This project is a re-tender of the brief previously advertised in March 2019. The aim of this project is to identify only strategic infrastructure needs across West London. Strategic infrastructure refers to infrastructure that will impact, or support, growth in two or more local planning authority areas. To be included infrastructure does not have to physically cross borough boundaries; it is the extent of the area served and influence on delivery of growth that it important.
Non-strategic and detailed infrastructure will be dealt with by member boroughs and communities in local plans.
