DUD- Consultancy Contract for Dudley and Brierley Hill Town Centres Footfal Proposals

The Council is seeking a Consultant to carryout Tier one high level approach to monitoring and evaluation based on metrics covering the footfall, vacancy rates, business diversity and the objectives to be achieved in tier one include the need of improving experience on the high street, drive economic growth on the high street, and ensure future sustainability. The Consultant will collect MHCLG data and compare it with local, regional and national data and the MHCLG guidance will consider Methodology, Coverage, Timescales, Output and Cost. Tier Two will require detailed evaluation on three levels as detailed in the brief document of the contract recital A.

Additional information: This is a specialist Consultancy Contract being Tendered for in line with Dudley MBC Contract standing orders for value thresholds of £5000 to £75000, therefore the advert will be closed to the specialist consultancy invited to submit a proposal
