PAN1724 - Personal Hoists and Stair Lifts

Leicester City Council's Adult Social Care Team requires personal lifts and hoists, installation and service and maintenance . We require:

Lifts

• Straight stair lifts
• Through floor lifts
• Step lifts
• External stair lifts
• Curved stair lifts

Hoists

• Ceiling track hoists - straights/ curved/ H tracks
• Gantry hoists.

The Supplier will also be expected to:

1. Joint visits to be provided by the Company to provide quotes for goods such as lifts and hoists;

2. Where applicable Company to visit on their own to obtain quotes for good such as lifts;

3. All quotes for goods to be cost effective;

4. To acknowledge all individual specifications of the goods to be provided to that of the User/s;

5. Timely provision of goods - hoists and lifts;

6. Installation and full onsite health and safety checks of the goods provided;

7. Provision of service and maintenance of lifts and hoists including the Councils existing stock;

8. To provide a 4-hour response to lift/ hoist breakdowns;

9. To update and maintain the Councils assets lists;

10. To provide a means for fast tracking orders and repair where required;

11. To complete building work as and when required to safely install the lift/ hoist.
