Proposal is to supply and install the following items: -
⢠New lift controller
⢠New lift machinery.
⢠New hoisting system e.g., belts and ropes
⢠New fixtures and fittings - vandal resistant
⢠New control operating panel
⢠New door operator
⢠Replacement door rollers and set up of existing doors.
Additional works required as part of project / builders.
⢠To enlarge 2 x existing rope holes in lift shaft ceiling slab by approximately 30mm. To diamond drill 1x new core hole in shaft ceiling slab approximately 55mm diameter. Quote/cost based on: full access to topside and under side of shaft ceiling slab being no more than 300mm thick.
⢠To supply and install a new gas strut assisted opening hatch approximately 800mm x 1200mm with FB4 lock and under side cover sleeve, Incorporating a removable 2 bar handrail with kick boards. Remove waste from site.
