Description

Dudley MBC are seeking to procure a suitably qualified market research company to carry out an annual tenant satisfaction perception survey of a representative sample of Council tenants for each of the next two financial years that complies with the Regulator of Social Housing's (RSH) new and mandatory 'Tenant Satisfaction Measures Standard'.
