The Contractor's valuations will be made for the 2023 Rating Revaluations within the area of the Oxford City Billing Authority, and the Contractor will represent Oxford City Council and protect their interests throughout the exercise.

The Contract will be let for the period of the 2023 valuation list and is intended to commence on 17th July 2023.
