This project is to procure a cloud-based compliance monitoring platform, which holds evidence of compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR 2018) and the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA). This platform enables Merton schools to demonstrate their compliance with the GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, which is a legal requirement.\\r\r
The system must be securely hosted by the supplier, accessed by authorised staff and facilitate the recording of school compliance processes, enable local and statutory reporting and data transfer between Merton and participating (potentially 47) Schools.
