The University is sourcing a Service Provider to carry out refurbishment of Café Neo Luton Campus as per the tender documents available on the Universitys Procurement website as detailed below.
Mandatory requirement of the tender that the works are completed and invoiced by the 31st July 2022.
The successful Service Provider will be required to enter into a JCT standard form of Building Contract 2016 Edition
