Norfolk Council Children's Services wish to give Providers the opportunity to apply to an established Framework for the provision of Assessment, Therapy and Family Support services. Key Services/Provision areas in scope are detailed in the service specification, but we would expect Providers to be adaptable and flexible to develop Services/Provisions as required.
Those providers who are already on this framework need not reapply.
