The Contracting Authority is seeking to appoint contractors to provide the following services on a call off basis across specified routes throughout the county of Northumberland:
⢠Snow ploughing;
⢠Snow blowing;
⢠Some precautionary gritting.
In addition to specified routes, services may also include snow clearance and treatment of rural roads, housing estate roads, car parks, leisure centres, public buildings etc.
The services required are split across 45 individual Lots based on geographical area and are across three operational areas of the county.
