DYCP is one of Arts Council's main investment programmes supporting the cultural sector. The programme supports the development of independent cultural and creative practioners, giving individuals the opportunity to take a dedicated period of time to focus on their own cultural and creative development and take them to the next stage in their practice. The evaluation will provide insight and evidence of the impact of DYCP on individuals through past funding rounds and shape the programme in the future.)
