Lexicon Project Working Group (meets monthly). The main output from the project will be to develop a Lexicon for PeOL and coding standards for palliative and end of life care including - diagnosis, symptoms, observations, patient experience measures, complexity of care need, functional status, phase of illness, and care activities, with reference to relevant metrics and their definitions. \
