DUD-HRA Compliance Audit Healthcheck

As outlined in the procurement documents - a Compliance Health Check for covering the 'key' six areas of compliance as part of this work for housing assets:

Gas, Electric (EICRs), Fire safety (FRAs), Asbestos, Water hygiene, Lifting equipment.Review of documents, policies, procedures, records with interviews with key staff and a final report on findings linked to legistaltion and current best practice, with an action plan. Potential follow up wirk to assist in implementation (by seperate arrangement)
