Servicing and Repairs of Automated Doors

Housing 21 will be conducting a one stage tender exercise for servicing and repairs of automated doors to achieve the following objectives:

• Award a five year contract with the opportunity for two extensions at 2026 and 2029 (ten year contract is possible).

• Develop a long lasting collaborative relationship with each supplier.

• Award between 2 to 3 suppliers nationally.

• Works are to be completed to achieved compliance and meet Housing 21 service level agreement and key performance indicators.

• Ensure suppliers selected have the capacity to complete numerous services and repairs at any one time.

• Ensure H21 quality requirements are achieved throughout the contract term.
