In 2014 the Council purchased, via a tender process, the Havas Online Recruitment System for a period of 4 years. This is an electronic online recruitment system which provides on-line access to the system for candidates and managers and provides MI. The Council is not looking to purchase a new system, but wishes to continue with support and maintenance of the existing system.
