St Mary the Virgin, Great Dunmow | Main Contractor for Internal Reordering Project

St Mary the Virgin, Great Dunmow, is seeking tenders for a main contractor to deliver their National Lottery Heritage Fund project which involves a series of internal alterations to the historic church building. The scope of work includes:

• Relocation of the font
• Construction of internal partitions and supply and installation of accessible WC
• Supply and installation of various bespoke joinery elements, including: storage cupboards, ramps, AV desk, raised platform, kitchenette etc.
• Supply and installation of new floor construction and underfloor heating system at the west end
• Lowering of the south porch internal floor level and associated remedial works
• Construction of new mezzanine to the tower
• Construction of new internal porch
• Supply and construction of new external doors
• New services and redecoration to works areas
