The contract is offered for a period of three years, (commencing no later than 1st October 2019) with an opportunity for an extension of two years.
The tenderer is expected to provide the following service: -
⢠A service in the coffee tree throughout the working week. The current opening hours for the café are 08.00-16.00. There is currently a service closure over the Christmas period.
⢠The second expectation is to provide an event catering service during the working week, evenings (approximately one evening per week) and weekends (approximately five Saturdays per year).
⢠The third expectation is to provide a facilities service for the building. This will include facilities management for our conference offer alongside our staff facilities.
