Wokingham Borough Council (WBC) own a 4.4ha greenfield site to the north of Wokingham and have secured a planning permission for the development of the site to include up to 130 new dwellings and a 70 bed care home. The Council would like to meet with parties with a potential interest with financial capacity to either purchase the site or enter into a Joint Venture. Subject to expressed interest, it is anticipated 1-2-1 meetings with interested parties will occur in the week commencing 18th September 2023.
