The purpose of this work is for the successful Tenderer to develop their understanding of the UKHO work and requirement, develop a fit-for-purpose Monitoring and Evaluation approach, and undertake a first assessment after the end of FY26/27. The monitoring and evaluation approach should provide a mechanism to assess the impact and benefit of UKHO activities and enable routine performance monitoring to inform future prioritisation of activities.
