Portsmouth City Council is inviting bids for a mobile ice-cream offer and/ or hot and cold food and drink offer at Victoria Park, Anglesea Road, Portsmouth from suitable qualified operators.
The pitch is offered with a 2 year licence with the option to extend for 1 further year, and associated concession contract. The licence will not include an automatic right to renew.
The initial contract term can start from 1st October 2019 at the earliest.
The successful bidder will deliver a rental income to the Council in the region of £4,000 - £6,000 per annum.
