Free-Flow Charging project critical friend services (CF1)

The successful procurement of services required for the new scalable free-flow charging solution is vital to ensure the project is able to achieve its objectives, therefore the critical friend shall provide the following advice and assurance to support the project:

• independent assurance on the validity of the currently proposed packaging strategy and outline service model;
• independent assurance on the quality of the current statement of requirements;
• independent assurance on the plausibility of the currently proposed payment approach; and
• independent assurance on the plausibility of the currently proposed Key Performance Indicators and performance management regime.
