Devon and Cornwall Police maintain a fleet of vehicles which operate as dual role Armed Response Vehicles (ARV) and Roads Policing Unit (RPU) vehicles. These vehicles are the only 24/7 roads policing unit deployed throughout the Force. The vehicles carry weapons, roads policing equipment, Officers personal kit, shields and first aid supplies. The Customer wishes to appoint one Contractor to provide conversion for Ten Armed Response Vehicles
