The project is to remove 3 no. Hamworthy boilers alongside an existing Flue Dilution System and, install 2 off VSD inverters onto the existing boiler primary pumps, Install a new pressurisation unit and upgrade and transfer the existing Sigma BMS outstation UNC18;19 onto EcoStruxure Automation Servers which shall be installed within the existing Form 2 BMS panels. A new Duomo gas detection system is also to be installed. The boilers are to be replaced with 2 no .Quinta Ace cascade boilers manufactured by Remeha and connected onto the existing flow and return valves alongside a conventional Stainless-Steel (316) Twin Wall internal flue system and single wall external.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
