Junior Project/Programme Planner

Working within the Portfolio Office, this role will act as one of the junior project/programme planners for major deliverables within the Department. The post holder will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a set of planning services that include (but are not limited to):

• support the maintenance of integrated end-2-end programme and project plans;
• support senior planners to hold teams accountable for regular updates to project and programme plans;
• support maintaining programme dependency and milestones tracking to feed reporting;
• providing data to generate management information (MI) reports;
• provide planning support across the department;
• establish and maintain a standard set of planning and reporting tools and templates in line with programme governance needs; and,
• champion the adoption of planning and reporting standards across the department
