Bedford Borough Council requires the delivery and co-ordination of:
i) Casework support for Ukrainian refugees ("Guests") and their families who have either already arrived, or are due to arrive, in Bedford Borough.
ii) Support to those residents providing accommodation ("Hosts")
The commitment includes, amongst other details outlined below, providing assistance with all matters relating to the resettlement of Ukrainian people: housing, health, education, immigration status, employment, benefits and integration with the local community. The overall goal is to encourage and develop independence so that families can thrive on their own and establish themselves within the Bedford Borough community.
