The London Borough of Barking & Dagenham is seeking to retender the rights associated with its current Borough-wide 6-sheet advertising concession primarily for the purposes of income generation. The rights available will allow for the installation and operation of free-standing 6-sheet digital display units for the purposes of commercial advertising on Council controlled land and/or highway within 'The Territory' across the borough for a period of seven (7) years with the opportunity to extend for a further period of up to three (3) years at the Council's absolute discretion.
