A sole supply contract for the delivery of a Civic Chauffeur Service for a period of two years (with an option to extend up to 12 months).
This is a fixed hourly rate transport service to and from civic events for the Council's Chairman, Vice Chairman, Lord Lieutenant and various VIP's.
Requirements are split into two parts:
1: Driver Only Requirements: Provision of chauffeurs only, to drive the Council's civic vehicle.
2: Driver and Car Requirements: Provision of chauffeurs and vehicles when the Council's civic vehicle is otherwise engaged or unavailable.
