The Digital Transformation in Adult Social Care (DTASC) team (part of Partners in Care and Health) are tasked with developing the elements that refer to councils within the framework into a useful and usable self-development tool for councils. This project aims to develop the content and the outline framework of this tool, with a supplier undertaking this work, alongside DTASC team and council colleagues for expert advice. This will then be further developed, refined and moved onto a suitable digital platform outside of this contract.)
