The Contractor shall work within the general objectives and scope of the Service detailed in this Specification, or otherwise, notified to the Contractor during the Contract Period. However, the Contractor shall be flexible to ensure the aims and objectives of the Service are achieve. The Contractor shall, but not exclusively:
a. To provide all resources to deliver an overall waking watch service;
b. To carry out continuous monitoring of the sites as set out within this document. At tender we have identified 11 plus sites which may require a level of waking watch service, the sites are a combination of tower blocks and courts ranging from 50 to 120 no flats per site.
The services are to be provided from 1st November 2020 to 31st October 2021. There is options to extend.
