EcoNWL012 NHS NWL Developing Core20Plus5 Approach

NHS North West London ("NHS NW London") Integrated Care Board ("ICB") has secured a range of resources to provide support to NWL ICB team and local borough teams with the following activities.

• Supporting the development of CORE20PLUS5 baselines in each borough, documenting current work and plans;
• Supporting the co-design of Delivery Group agendas and forward plan and supporting the facilitation of group discussions;
• Co-ordination of local areas in the development of future plans, supporting alignment of the shared learning principles and NWL approaches, plans and processes;
• Identifying and documenting investment plans across NWL, including business case proposals related to the 7m inequalities fund;
• Developing an overarching NWL picture to demonstrate how local work in each borough connects together to deliver impact across NWL; and
• Supporting to co-design and documentation of approaches to key enablers.
