LCR Digital Divide Tender For Digital Device Consultation and Supply

We are seeking to procure a suitable provider to deliver 220 digital devices as part of the LCR Digital Divide Programme funded by European Social Fund and delivered in the Liverpool City Region.

This project will involve procuring and loaning an appropriate device (e.g. tablet, laptop, data allowance device) and providing a three-month allowance of data to existing ESF participants.

Applications are sought from consultants / organisations with a knowledge of digital solutions, to assist the project to decide on best specification of devices and supply said devices.

At a minimum the project will supply devices that provide:

• Access to the internet and online services

• Email account set up and access.

• Appropriate levels of security and control are included on the device which will be evidenced.

• Access controls such as the ability to limit administrator access

• Software installation restrictions

• Anti-virus / anti-phishing / anti-ransomware controls

• Internet filtering to limit access to inappropriate websites

• Device tracking

• The facility to remotely wipe the device of data if required

All activity including delivery of procured and set up items must be completed by 25th November 2020
