Historic England is looking to appoint an experienced evaluation consultant(s) to carry out the Evaluation of the Stage 2, National Lottery Heritage Fund project, focusing on the restoration and regeneration of the Grade I Main Mill and Grade II listed Kiln, and the Stage 3 project, part funded by the Marches LEP. Stage 4 will be included if additional redevelopment funding becomes available.
