Kent County Council (KCC) has a statutory duty as a Waste Disposal Authority (WDA) for the receipt and onward processing / disposal of Household Waste via its network of Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRCs) across Kent.
KCC therefore requires a contract for Mystery Shopping at Kent's HWRCs for a period of 36 months from 2 May 2022 to 28 February 2025, with the option of an additional 12-month extension if required.
