Devon County Council require legal support to enable us to enter into contract with a Retrofit Installer(s) to deliver works for the HUG2 project. The contract would cover:
1. Advising on the type of building contract to use for the project and around the mechanisms of issuing work orders
2. Preparing a revised schedule of amendments in line with the chosen building contract
3. Drafting GDPR/Data Protection clause in Schedule of Amendments
4. Meetings with the Cost Consultant to discuss pricing mechanisms and percentages
5. Support to prepare and issue building contract to Retrofit Installer
