The current substrate is to be stripped back down to the asphalt and overlaid with a Centech warm roof system, thermally upgrading the roof bringing it in line with current regulations. The roof is to be finished with the Centech PU 20 system to provide a long-term, seamless, thermally efficient, waterproofing solution.
