Business Analyst

Key responsibilities

• Work with the business to shape ideas, define proposals, justifications, business requirements using adapted agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Work with stakeholders to capture and define functional and non-functional business requirements, User stories, and impact assessments
• Effectively plan and manage the requirements process from capture through to change control
• Support the development of user journeys and test scripts
• Document As Is and design To Be process maps
• Support in the development of the detailed Change Impact Assessments and Gap Analysis
• Conduct process reviews by working with business functions to design and implement process improvements, understanding the full impact to the business.
• Support in the development of the detailed Cut-over and Transition plans as part of Business Readiness
• Deliver new and updated business processes to the business
• Preparing affected business areas for transition to new ways of working
• Helping to translate the new system functionality and business processes into a language that an end-user will understand to bring about change.
